Bookings/In house Policy

1. Bookings/In house

Bookings of 6 or more people are required to pay an upfront deposit of £10 per person to secure a reservation. Once paid, the deposit amount will be deducted from the overall bill on the evening. Please note, we will only deduct deposits for those who attended and have ordered a main course meal or starters over £10. We will do our best to keep your reservation, however, failure to pay the deposit a week in advance of your scheduled arrival could result in your booking being cancelled or refused.

For those attending on a Friday and/or Saturday evening meal, we require each guest to order a main course meal or starters over £10.

2. Under 16’s

Zorbas is a family run business and as such everyone is welcome! In return, we only ask that young children are kept under control and remain under constant parent supervision at all times. This will safeguard both their own and other guests’ safety. On busy evening such as Friday’s and Saturday’s, we recommend children under the age of 10 have left the restaurant by 21:00, however, we leave the discretion of this to the parent/guardian.

3. Walk in’s

Walk in’s are welcome, just speak to a member of staff and have them find you suitable table. Please note, evenings such as Friday’s and Saturday’s can get very busy and cannot guarantee you a table, therefore, we always recommend booking in advance.

4. Takeaway

Takeaways at Zorbas couldn’t be easier! If you would like your order delivered to you, then you can use our delivery partner Deliveroo. Simply make the order with them and if your in radius, they will bring it directly to you! If, however, you’re not far, we would always recommend using our online takeaway system. This way, you can add more customisation to your order at a reduced price and we can ensure your food is hot when you arrive. Alternatively, you can get in touch directly using our contact page.
